Like the gem stone turquoise, ATOMIC TURQUOISE™ is a unique and ethereal shade. ATOMIC TURQUOISE™ must be applied to bleached or pre-lightened hair for best results.
Manic Panic Amplified hair colour lasts up to 30% longer than the classic formula. These colours contain no developers or animal by-products and are conditioning to the hair. To obtain true vibrant colour, first pre-lighten your hair with a Manic Panic bleach kit. More subtle colour highlights may be achieved by applying to natural hair without bleaching. Apply product to squeaky clean shampooed, dry hair. Allow time to develop and then rinse - so easy!
