AFTER MIDNIGHT® BLUE is one of MANIC PANIC's most famous hair colours. It comes in both MANIC PANIC® hair colour formulas: Classic cream and Amplified cream. This striking colour, when applied to bleached or pre-lightened hair will be a vivid, deep "midnight” blue. This colour has some strong pigment and will give a subtle to bold highlight on darker and natural hair, provided you allow for extra processing time.
