do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong
decision.
You
can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:

are faulty
•
have been wrongly described
•
are different from a sample shown to you, or
•
do not do what they are supposed to.
Please
retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
Online purchases
You
must contact us at mail@catfightcollections.com.au or
(02)49 625 000 if you wish to return an item.
If
the item you order does not fit, we will accept a return for exchange or
general credit.
The
item must be shipped back to us in the condition in which it was received
including tags. We will then issue either
a credit for the store, or a replacement item.

note : postage to return the item and postage on replacement item will be at
your expense***
